Our Red Dragons curriculum educates the student on the basics of Karate, such as blocking, a good base, and some striking. Throughout this structured curriculum, we emphasize Stranger Awareness and Bully Prevention. Activities students will train in will help develop strength, flexibility and hand-eye coordination.
